VISION OF ADDICT RE-HABITATION CENTER

PURPOSE: This project is a welfare program for the drug and liquor addict people. There lot of people in Tamil Nadu is under the influence of liquor. They work well, but when they come evening to home spent lot of money and not giving any thing to family. This brings the whole family in to starvation and poverty. Some times they involved in quarrels with others and it became police case. God gave me a vision to start this re-habitation center. If this project is working well, lot of people can come to know Jesus and relieved from their starvation and poverty.

LAND PROCUREMENT:
	This project must have at least more than one acre of Land. Land must be fenced with compound wall so that they can not go away with out permission

ACCOMMODATION:
	After land procurement, proper accommodation must be made for at least 50 addicts. Two office rooms with toilet facilities must be constructed, accommodation for 50 addicts must be made in nice manner. Good bath rooms and toilet facilities must be made for the addicts.

OTHER ARRANGEMENTS:

Food arrangements: Free food for their tour of stay in this center. Morning breakfast , lunch and dinner Period of stay: Period of stay in this center by one addict is 6 months. This stay will be divided in to three stages. First two month is initial stage, second two month is intermediate stage and the final stage of 2 months. These three stages can be made in different areas in different places. Staff: One Manger to look after the complete administration of this center. Three pastors will be appointed to look after these addicts and give them advice and counseling. Each stage will be looked after by one pastor. One office staff for correspondence and to look after other official work. One accountant for maintaining account of all financial matters. One office boy to carry out all the postal and other duties. One sweeper to clean that complete area and keep it in good condition. Three cooking staff for cooking food for the 50 addicts. Two security staff for carry out the security during day and night times. Transport: One 4 wheeler is required to transport and other duties like going in and out and to bring food stuffs and other items to the center.
